Standard bank insurance 😠😠😡

Standard bank building insurance has the worse service ever so wish i didn't join this insurance, we from Durban our house was damaged by the floods we tried to claim but no help today the claim is over 48 days still no response, claim no. 22/138789.😠😠😠😠
