<p>In the beginning of 2017 the cyclone brought consistent rain and it caused the water to diffuse through the cement between the bricks and the inside of the rooms became wet and caused a discoloration of the paint.</p> <p>Standard bank refuse to accept my claim.</p> <p>One area has a open balcony and possibly that 1 area might be affected because of the open balcony and the small flow pipe.</p> <p>Two other rooms were also affected on the second floor with no possible water damage coming from the top or bottom of the house.</p> <p>Because the contractor send by Standard bank has no idea how the wall became wet he concluded that the 2 walls 30 meter apart not even touching got damaged by the same open balcony.</p> <p>The people advising Standard Bank insurance are *********** and should be replaced.</p> <p>To bad that a great bank is being dragged down because of *********** management</p>
