Standard Bank Insurance

My house was appraised by Standard Bank in March 2020 for R 650,000.00, however I am paying structural insurance at a value of R 2,850,000.00. This makes a difference of almost R 600. 00 a on my bond repayment. I have contacted Standard Bank insurance and they refuse to given me the original appraisal that was done on my house.

Is there someone that can perhaps help me with this problem?
