Standard Bank insurance

On the 11th April 2022, I contacted Standard Bank insurance re the door of the flat that was damaged by the high winds. Claim 22/138620. Fernandis was the contractor who came through and a quote was forwarded to Standard Bank insurance - today is the 9th May 2022 and I have heard absolutely nothing from either the contractor nor Standard Bank. Getting Standard Bank insurance on the phone is a joke...email sent...yet nothing. Such poor service from Standard Bank
