Standard Bank Insurance

I am very disappointed in the way standard bank insurance department conducts themselves. I need to update important information regarding my life insurance and I have been told to do so via email. I have done that but there has been no update to confirm these changes.

Now if something as small as having to update information on a policy is so much trouble for them, what would happen in a time of need.

This is a red flag. I need to take my money elsewhere, where I will get a piece of mind.

Disappointing!!
