Standard Bank Insurance

I'm dissatisfied with the service received from the department. I was told to wait a for a certain period for feedback and when the time came there's still no progress on my claim. Empty promises had been made with the collection and assessment of the vehicle, only to wake up day by day with the damage car sitting in my garage with no progress. This has been frustrating and draining emotionally, my work is lagging and things have hit a dead stop with my personal movements. I now regret switching insurance to only receive poor customer service.
