Standard bank insurance

This is the worst insurance ever. You pay your premiums but when it comes to lodging a claim you can't get hold of anyone. I've been trying to get hold of them through calling but that doesn't work, you spend almost an hour just holding to speak to someone, I tried reaching them on email but nobody responds. This is terrible service. Up to date I still haven't gotten a response. This is ridiculous.
