Standard bank insurance

Standard bank insurance worst insurance ever payed them for the last 5 years without a claim and when i needed it for the first time they don't get back to a person my geyser is broken and phoned then after a week they appointed a company to come look its been more than a week gone past and nobody phoned me an eventually after another 2 days someone different call me stated that they have been appointed to do the assessment and they will only come out on friday so once again have to wait for the weekend i am sick and tired of banking institutions *****ing from poor people and now they want me to make my payments are done on the right time of every month and if you a day late they are quick to call you but not when it matters the most
