Standard bank insurance
I contacted std bank insurance on monday and could not get thtough to them. On tuesday i was phoned by 1 of there consultants in forming me my claim has now been registered and they will send out someone to survey the damages within 24 to 48 hours. I have not been contacted by anyone. The last and only msg i received from std bank was on 5 February 2019 12:25am ;From Std Ins. Ltd Thank you for submitting your SIL Insurance Claim.Your Claim Number is-SHS ********** 4369 Have a nice day. Please can i have an update on my claim. Thank you!

08 Feb 2019, 11:36I was contacted by 1 of your consultants at 17.51pm yesterday saying i would be contacted by an assessor on the morning of 8 february 2019 as i was apparently not on the list. It is now almost midday and no comtact or update yet
