Standard bank Insurance

I have a bought a house in 2015 and i was finance by Standard bank, on 2018-06-25 i was encountiring a problem with my gersey i lodge a complain with standard bank they sent their guys to come on check then they put the comment that my gersey need to be changed because it was not in good condition. since then i haven't heard anything from them on 2018-10-06 my gersey started to leak and i decided to get someone who can i assist to replace my gersey and the have chargedme R4 450.00 that i have paid from my own pocket. And after i called standard bank they told me to send the invoice so that they can pay back my money since then they have been done anything. Can you please help me to get my money back because i am paying the bond and the insurance every month.
