standard bank insurance

Standard bank insurance is completely useless there client bumped my still standing car from behind on 18th December 2017 and she put in a third party claim and I have submitted everything they asked but they still didn't help they keep giving me one story after another it's now June 2018 and still not getting anywhere and while there client is posting pics of her brand new car
