Standard Bank Insurance

Since the 27th December,2023 my house was burglarized,I submitted the claim with the case number and every documents required.Standard Bank insurance company is messing me around when everything is in my file.They are supposed to pay out my expenses incurred because I had to get my own private company to fix everything that was broken doors,burglar gate,,I want the money today in my Standard bank account.please help urgently before I get my lawyer involved.
