Standard bank insurance

As from 12 April 2022 up to today I'm struggling to get hold off or get any feedback from siphiweukhule regarding claims that has been dealt with and no pay back has been done,still receiving messages everyday that plumbers and electrical contractors are on route to my property but the job has been done on the 12th of April....I emailed the given address to no response more than 20 times and get absolutely no feedback from Siphiweukhule,after getting hold of him on the 12th of April and i paid for all the people pitching up at the property,he doesn't even respond,I just get messages that contractors are on their way to my property from 12th of April till today with the same claim number ...22/137730,really pathetic.i send through all the documents to show the payments I made and invoices and still no reply
