Standard bank insurance

My policy number : HLBO***2 MICHEL PANSEGROUW BOND ACCOUNT NUMBER: *** After posting my review on 4 February 2025, regarding Standard bank insurance, responded with an mail on the 6 February 2025. Standard bank said they will contact me within 48 hours. It is the 27 February 2025 and Standard bank has still not contacted me. I urge people to read my first review regarding this. This MUST be officially the worst communication ever. Not even Standard bank customer care responds. TERRIBLE!!!
