Standard Bank Insurance

I don't get it when you are next in your queueing system and your call gets forwarded to another queue and soend 15min if your air time or until it runs out. Why would a claim take 2 weeks without any communication when I am a client who has never defaulted in over 20 years with Standard Bank insurance. Its about time I changed to another insurance any suggestions?
