Standard Bank *****ing from clients

I am extremely dissatisfied with the insurance services provided by Standard Bank. I submitted a claim on December 15, 2023, citing Section 189 for retrenchment. However, the rejection letter I received failed to address the specific issues at hand. I escalated the matter to Fatima Ebrahim, who responded by stating that the feedback given was final. I am left questioning whether Standard Bank employs individuals incapable of thoughtful decision-making, or if there is a deliberate attempt to deceive or take advantage of clients.
