Standard bank *********** people including managers

<p>Good day i have reported a claim going on 3 weeks ago with standard bank house holds insurance , I have been battling with them for them to process my claim as I refuse to pay the excess fee , cause I had paid excess for my geyser and because of the poor workmanship carried out by the PLUMBERS my ceiling got wet , of which the work was done via std bank .now std bank doesn't wanna return my calls and when u call they make you hold on forever,I have asked managers to call be back yet to date no manager has called , they are not worth the positions.we should get people that knows their jobs . We pay for a service but we don't get it provided to us . </p>
