STANDARD BANK INCAPABLE OF SETTLING A CLAIM IN THREE AND A HALF MONTHS!

3 1/2 months now and still no settlement from standard bank! To the standard Bank team monitoring this page, please do not contact me to apologize for the poor service. Why do I get a response on this page in less than half an hour yet it takes 3 1/2 months to settle a claim. Is standard bank actually concerned about providing poor service or is it simply bad publicity they are concerned about. Please re direct your efforts and feedback on insurance claim 22/140476. My last two emails in the last week have gone unanswered with no feedback from the two ladies handling the claim whatsoever. Service to this point has been absolutely disgusting!!
