Standard Bank I wonder if you know what damage you are doing to your reputation

CLAIM NUMBER:***2 My roof ang guttering where destroyed in the floods which my insurer calls a storm!! My second claim to them has also been refused,during the floods a wall of sand and mud came down next to my home,and a large section of my bank caved in this is about a metre and a half from the side of my home,well Standard Bank wont honour my claim they put it to bad maintanance,a section of my homes wall has a huge crack and ive been told by an independant engineer that under the circumstances my home is not safe to live in. What can the man on the street do to take this corporate to book? from here i am handing to the ombudsman,and from there to my attorney
