Standard bank HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!

As usual Standard bank is quick to take your money, but when they own you it's a struggle to get your money back. I canceled my insurance on tge 3rd of March 2021, since then they took 2 payments of R763.48. I emailed them and asked for this debit order to be stopped and to give me a full refund, they won't even reply. Standard bank disappoints AGAIN.
