Standard Bank Homeowners Insurance, no assistance
I logged a claim yesterday, and was assured that by today someone will come over between 8 and 9 am to remove a bee hive from my property, I have made numerous calls and no one seems to care or help, I have been tod that Standard bank does not have any Pest control service providers in KZN, what a load of nonsense, a family member of mine was attached by a swam of bees and this matter is not being taken seriously My reference number is HLC/2026/478733, please can some one help,

I have got my own service provider to remove the bee hive an invoice with pictures was sent to you yesterday, please pay the service provider as I have received no feedback and the service provider is looking for urgent payment
