Standard Bank Home Owners Insurance - Pathetic !!!

This is my second complaint against Standard Bank Home Owners Insurance! My bond number ********** 42. I have leaking roof. One of the rooms is standing a Steinway & Sons Pianos well worth over R2.5milj. I have been in contact with standard bank home owners insurance for months now - they keep on promising us that they will send assessors out and have the issue resolved. Meanwhile our house has also been struck by lightning - additional faults are also now doing there rounds: 1. Intercom system with camera not working, Roof leak - still not fixed, Swimming pool struck by lightning thus sitting with pump and electricity issues, Jacuzzi struck by lightning - thus mot working, Electrical fence struck by lightning - thus not working, outside garden lights - struck lightning - thus not working! The faults just keep on pilling up more and more - you keep on promising coming back to us but still no contact. I will be in contact with the Ombudsman within 72 hours after this rating if you do not come and resolve everything! my Number **********
