Standard Bank Home Owners Insurance - Not recommended - Claims not processed

I have had a claim pending since 7 May. Claim no. 21/037704

I have followed up endlessly by email and on long annoying phone calls and still no assessor has come.

Standard Bank Home Insurance is not recommended. Quick to take your money, slow to process your claims.
