Standard bank home owners insurance no guarantee on workmanship few months later

I'm done with standard bank insurance. A wall installed in the 2022 floods in KZN by an appointed standard bank contractor fell last year in 2023. They came out and repaired it. Now it's 2024 and the same thing happened. An assessor comes out and rejects the claim as no event for it to break happened. Yes no event happened. It was a a **** job done by the contractor. The wall was repaired last year and only installed the year before. What's sad is I bank with standard bank business and personal. I'm really disappointed with their service. Atleast fix the wall that you guys put. Not asking for a new wall. Im sure there's some type of warranty on workmanship.
