Standard Bank Home Owners Insurance

2nd time round that I am battling with a leak. We have a burst pipe that needs to be repaired. I have been trying since 9 am to get in contact with STANDARD BANK HOME OWNERS INSURANCE. Same as the previous time, no luck. Tried emailing, still waiting for a reply, tried through my private banker, no reply. Tried their website can only get quotes for new insurance. Tried calling, held on until I ran out of airtime Never spoke to a human being. So Friday afternoon 13h30 I do not think that I will have water this weekend. What utter pathetic service!!!!! I will be moving my insurance after 20 years of no claims. Thank you Standard Bank
