STANDARD BANK HOME OWNERS INSURANCE A JOKE

Around 18 months ago the storm water drain outside my house was blocked resulting in large amounts of water ****ing up outside my double garage door. The door is made out of wood and has been painted a number of times. The wood has subsequently swelled up and the weight is pulling the centre of the door down and will eventually collapse. Std Bank rejected my claim after 3 months and blame \lack of maintenance\". When I objected, the claim was again rejected without anyone from Std Bank contacting me OR even coming to view the door. <br> And this happens every time I try claim. There is always an excuse or a reason NOT to pay. And I cannot cancel the insurance while I have a bond!!! <br> Std Bank Insurance, you are a HUGE dispappointment!!!!! "
