Standard Bank Home Owner Insurance is USELESS

SECOND REVIEW It's been 8 days since my previous complaint. Eventually an assessor was assigned to us from Johannesburg and came to see our house on Tuesday 05 March 2019. First we were told we would have answers by Wednesday by close of business. Then it moved to Thursday by close of business. When my husband contacted the assigned assessor to hear if he have any outcome he told us that he didn't receive the quotation for the flooring from the bank. When we contacted the contractor John Dore Flooring he told us he already sent the quotation tot the bank on the 27th of February 2019. In the mean time two of my children now have stuffy noses and is coughing due to living on cement floors which get swept daily but still manage to build up dust.
