standard bank home loan protection plan is a ****

I was never informed about the home loan protection plan, not even through email or a call. now I am paying a lot of money on this home loan protection plan. I have been with standard bank is 2003. this is the worse experience I had receive . I need to close my account with this bank, cant pay a lot of money which in a long run I am not going to benefit if I payed up my loan. the are running a **** with this home loan protection plan and they don't even contact you about the product.
