Standard bank Home loan insurance
Good day,
I have a absolute nightmare with Standard bank home loan insurance. I submitted a claim after heavy rain in the centurion area over December. My fibreglass swimming pool cracked from the movement of ground duty to heavy floods. Apart from the delayed responses every time a I enquiry feedback, the loss adjuster filed a *********** report to the claim consultant. #1 a Fiberglass pool dont have a concrete base. #2 paint cracks is not the same is actual tub (fiberglass) cracks. I resubmitted the claim for more investigation as i tried to explain the misunderstanding ,it was rejected again. I requested a pool specialist to do a investigation but this was also ignored. Nobody responded.

I have been paying more than 5 years to the insurance. Now that a storm hit my house i am left with the expenses.
I really hope they can step up help me as they suppose to do.
Sad to report but this claim has still not been finalised.
The initial response was quick but from there on the same service.
I had to convince the complaint consultant aswell that the lost adjuster made a mistake.
Then i had to submit a statement from a specialised register pool company.
I did that..... and nothing happens...
How am i suppose to protect my investment with insurance like this?
