Standard bank Home Loan department poor / no service

It is impossible to get hold of Standard Bank home loans. We waited over 3 weeks for them to sign the documentation for our new home, and now we are waiting over 3 weeks to get the original title deed for our current house sale. We have asked the department 3 times to escalate the request, and yet they cannot provide us with the original title deed. Keeping everything on hold and costing me a lot of money.

I will never recommend Standard bank home loans to anyone again. And I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years.
