Standard Bank Home Isnurance

I have been trying to make contact with Standard home insurance for about 3 months now already. They called me once when I was not with my phone and never again. I had to submit a call back request again now recently and called me while I was busy, the agent confirmed she will give me a call later that day at 1pm. I am still waiting for a call up till today. This says alot about this company. I am definitely switching insurers.
