Standard bank home insurance utterly useless

Standard bank home insurance are completely and utterly useless. been struggling 2 months with a water leak. Plumbers 1st could stick to an appointment and then eventually getting them there they sent a report to Standard bank to which they had to send out an assessor . After 2 week phone again only to be told they closed the claim as it was fixed? ***?? cancelling my insurance with them immediately
