STANDARD BANK HOME INSURANCE STORM CLAIM MANAGEMENT

As per my previous complaint on Hellopeter on the 17th of January 2020. STANDARD BANK HOME INSURANCE STORM CLAIM MANAGEMENT is an absolute disgrace. I have not had a return phonecall, despite phoning every day, hold on for hours and then a consultant takes my details and I get put on hold for them to inspect the matter ----- and then get cut off. The consultants are just there for their paycheck and absolutely no service. What is going on Standard Bank? It is such an absolute frustration and I do not have the patience any more to deal with this BUT I am the one with holes in the ceiling, leaking roof and shattered gutters. What else can I do to get some assistance here?
