The Worst Customer Service and Untrained telecomms Consultants ever, # Unprofessional and Bad Service Received...

I would like to log a review about Standard Bank Insurance Claims and their untrained Consultants.... I logged an Insurance claim on the 12 August 2020- Geyser Burst which was attended to only to find out I should log another claim for the roof damages and had to pay extra accesss which I didn't have a problem with. Months went buy after the accessor came out and logged his report. Till this day I haven't received any feedback regarding the claim only to find out Monday 12 October 2020 after several follow ups that the claim was accidently closed from their side and needed to be opened again... The consultant informed me that I should receive an Agreement of Loss form on the 12 October 2020, I followed up the very next day and yet nothing received as the claim was still closed....eventually they opened the claim I signed and returned the form. I was told that payment will be reflecting as everything was processed from their side. I followed up every day of the week since payment is still not reflecting today 17th October 2020, everyday I received diffirent feedback from diffirent consultants...Like Mam apologies, but the previous consultant gave you the incorrect info and the claim was not proccessed yet,... Mam we awaiting on authorization from our seniors,... Mam one of our seniors will contact you (which never happpened) and, and, and,... last but not least Friday 16th October I was told that the payment was processed and I should follow up Saturady Morning only to find out that Nokutula Maponya was not on duty and that their department was closed on Saturday's why did she gave me such info also that I whould receive an sms after 5:00PM Friday that payment was processed... I'm still waiting...I spoke to so many consultants, I'm sure all calls are recorded and that someone should listen to what I was told everyday of the week by consultants...
