Standard Bank Home Insurance Out of Action

I put in a claim 3 weeks ago at Standard Bank Home Insurance, online, after copper pipes where ****** at my property, I have not received a call back since, I placed another claim and still no call back. There is an elderly person at home who is woth no water, I will stay far away from Standard Bank Insurance if I were you, pathetic service, rather go with Outsurance. Change your insurance now from Standard Bank or you will suffer when a claim comes up. I even emailed their complaints division to no avail. When I do call, I wait for hours being transferred from one department to another.
