Standard Bank Home Insurance non performance

I was told that my Solar System must be added to my Home Owners Insurance. An evaluator was sent to perform the task in March. After numerous phone calls and emails I still do not have an updated policy stating that the Solar and borehole have been added to my policy. All I get is useless promises from Standard Bank personnel.
