Standard bank home insurance is the worst bank in the country

Standard home insurance is the worst bank ever ,they sent a plumber and build last week 26 September 2023 ,plumber came out Saturday 30 September dug up my shower ,water was leaking from shower upstairs into my kitchen below, plumber drilled a hole in my kitchen, today 06 October 2023 ,Nothing has been done ,my bathroom is a mess . Called Standard Bank home insurance and the staff is useless, it's like talking to a brick wall!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE STANDARD BANK INSURANCE!!! NO ONE WANTS TO FIX UP MY BATHROOM AND KITCHEN!!! Standard bank is ridiculous and doesn't care about our situation. Registered claim 23/078475
