Standard bank home insurance is bad

I have home insurance at Standard bank. My geyser was leaking,phoned Standard bank insurance,explained the dilemma at my home. The plumbers came quickly to replace my geyser,but while replacing my geyser,they cut out a huge part of my seiling to fit in the geyser,and while working they stepped on my seiling,and broke it. I phoned Standardbank insurance and explained what happend,they advised they will send a contractor to evaluate the damages,they also send back the plunbers toe evauate their damege. So after 2 months of hearing nothing of Standardbank insurance,i phoned and asking what is the progress off my claim,they advised me they wil fix the seiling the plumbers cut to fit the geyser,but not the seiling the plumber stepped on,because the plumber said they did not step on the seiling,so Standard bank takes the word of the plumber and NOT of the client,my daughter was in the room when they stepped on the seiling,but they refuse to fix it. Very very poor from Standard bank home insurance,it is almost 3 months after the incident and still i havent received any phone call from my seiling looks terrible. And Standard bank doesn't care or help me. Very poor service from Standard bank home insurance
