Standard Bank Home Insurance is ****.
My mom has home insurance with Standard Bank to protect her from damage caused by fires, and other accidents. She had a fire at her home months ago and Standard Bank said they would pay for all the repairs and pay for her accommodation elsewhere while they are busy with the repairs. To date they have done nothing, she's sitting at home with holes in the roof, the home is now getting even more damaged from rain, mould, wind and other things because Standard Bank is taking so long to fix everything. This is disgusting service.

01 Sept 2023, 10:08I'm going to the Ombudsman next. We have been trying to get feedback for months, dealing with so many people, including Judy Henry from your Milnerton office and it just seems like we keep on getting sent from pillar to post.
