Standard Bank Home Insurance Is ****

**** Ban****! I placed an insurance claim in January 2020 which I had to follow up with numerous times costing me time and money for them just to process it. On 8 may 2020 I placed another claim hoping that their service would have improved but till this day the only communication I received was a tracking number 20/036429 and have not heard a thing from them since. i am utterly disappointed and have made the said repairs from my own pocket and will be cancelling this **** insurance from an even ****tier today!!!
