Standard bank home insurance don't trust a word

Hi people be very careful of Standard bank home insurance. We called in last year about the house we bought in 2020 middle of the year.

It was about a leaking wall Standard bank said they will send someone out. No one came to our house in 2020 we phoned this year 2021 - 5 times still no one came from Standard bank home insurance. These people keep saying someone will come and it never happens!

This is very frustrating because these people can't keep their word. We will be looking for new home insurance company. Just be careful when choosing Standard bank home insurance for you own home. Rather take your hard earn money to a insurance company that will assist you.
