Standard Bank Home Insurance

My story and I am sure many others are pathetic to say the least. We had Storm damage on the 31 December 2020 where a tree fell on our boundary fence and our Wendy House, Standard Bank Home Insurance sends a Contractor who arrived to remove the tree without any chain saws, no bakkie only equipped with 2 x cane knives...to cut a long story short Standard Bank Insurance paid this Contractor R13 000.00 for this but is now disputing my claim on my Wendy House and my fence that was damaged, how does this even make any sense.
