Standard bank home insurance

Useless!!! Registered a claim on 28 Nov. Still nothing. Had to phone several times, only promises to sort it out and get back, but they dont! Its been raining a lot since. Damage is more - they dont care. We pay high premiums for this service 😡🤬😣😖
