Standard Bank Home insurance call center poor service
I have been on the phone the entire morning trying to log an insurance claim. It's now 12h32 and I am still waiting to be assisted. Why should we wait so long for a service we pay for???? This is very poor customer service. I think it's about time we cut ties we standard bank insurance! I am beyond angry!!!
