Standard Bank Home Insurance

Like so many others I am fighting a Insurance Claim for a lightening strike that took out my brand new Alarm system. The excuses and promises from Standard Bank are pathetic, 3 weeks after my claim and nothing has been resolved. I see so many people complaining about this Insurance, surely something can get done about this, they are taking peoples hard earned money and actually what are we paying for if they don't pay out for anything. I am disgusted to say the least.
