STANDARD BANK HOME INSURANCE

It has been 12 weeks now, we are still waiting for an Insurance pay out for storm damages. Our tenant is living with no geyser, no flooring, amaged cupboards, etc from the extensive storm damage. I have spoken to over 15 different call centre operators and still no joy, each and every operator tells me the exact same thing, we waiting on authorization. One operator did say the claim will be paid out last week Monday 24th April, its the 03 May and still nothing. I was told today it still has to be authorized. There is never a Supervisor or manager on duty to speak to. I have left my cell number 5 x for a Manager or supervisor to call me back and not once have I received a call. This is absolutely ridiculous seeing as we pay for our House Insurance. Plese may someone help me with this.
