Standard Bank Home Insurance

Standard Bank Home Insurance is a disappointment and a shame ! I’ve been with SBK for 6 years but this would be my first claim but I’m struggling with them already. Reported geyser electric fault on 4 Dec 2020 until today problem not sorted , looks like I’ll have a horrible Christmas without geyser water. Prince plumber they’ve been assigned ( came to my house three times , didn’t know the cause of the problem so couldn’t fix. They did not look like proper plumbers to me ). I’ve sent Standard Bank countless emails but no response. Maybe I should inform the Regulator of this misconduct. My consumer rights are taken for granted . I’m paying for the service so they must deliver !
