Standard bank home building insurance disgrace

Standard bank home building insurance is a ****!!! Isn't it nice paying for a service every month that you will never receive, called them out two years ago to fix a leaking pipe that they never came to fix they said they would but never did now I Claim for the damages it's caused to my kitchen cupboards along with the leaking roof, their response oh they can't fix it cause it's wear and tear! Water damage is wear and tear over time? Yes because you never came back to fix the damn leaking pipe two years ago, I want my 3 years premiums paid back to me seeing that you don't fix anything #ombudsman #nameAndShame
