Standard Bank HOC claims service

Since registering a claim in the first week of December 2020 -Pathetic service; no feedback despite promises, call centre is more a "waiting until you get old" centre ; no answer; I'm holding for 10 minutes now and also did the same before and gave up.

Absolutely no demonstration of TCF!
