Standard bank HOC claim

We're really disappointed with the level of service provided by Standard bank insurance. Since the flooding in Durban our home, including our lives has been impacted. The service delivery is really poor.

Our home is standing with no flooring or ceiling, it's basically a shell, we cannot reside in it as we're still awaiting for assessors to come out after stripping everything and finding further damage to our property, this has placed our current contract work to halt completely.
